Welcome!
Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing persistent feelings of anxiety or depression, or working to bridge a disconnect in your relationship, you do not have to carry that weight alone. I provide a warm, inclusive, and collaborative environment where you can feel truly seen and heard. Together, we will look beyond immediate symptoms to better understand the underlying roots of your concerns, identify recurring patterns, and help you move toward a more meaningful, connected, and fulfilling life.
My practice is insight-oriented and attachment-focused, grounded in the belief that our early experiences profoundly shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. Rather than focusing only on immediate symptoms, I work collaboratively with you to explore your personal history, relational dynamics, and coping strategies in order to help you feel more supported, empowered, and intentional in your life. By integrating psychodynamic theory, trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and skills-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I tailor treatment to your unique identity, experiences, and goals. I view therapy not only as a resource during times of crisis, but also as an ongoing practice of psychological well-being. It is a dedicated space to slow down, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate the resilience required for lasting and meaningful change.
